Check-In & Check-Out Policy

Check-in: Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM onwards. Early check-in requests are subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, guests are advised to reserve the room from the previous night.

Check-out: Standard check-out time is 12:00 PM. Late check-out may be arranged upon request and is subject to availability and applicable charges.

Guarantee, Booking & Payment Policy

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking.

Group bookings (five rooms or more) require either an advance payment or valid credit card details to confirm the reservation.

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing with the hotel.

The hotel reserves the right to cancel non-guaranteed reservations.

Identity Proof Requirement

In compliance with government regulations, all guests must present valid photo identification at the time of check-in:

Foreign Nationals: Passport with a valid visa.

Indian Nationals: Government-issued photo ID such as Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID. PAN cards are not accepted.

Corporate Guests: Must provide valid proof of corporate affiliation for corporate bookings.

Failure to present valid identification may result in denial of check-in.

Child Policy

Complimentary Stay: Up to two children below 8 years can stay free of charge when sharing the same room, including breakfast.

Extra Bed: Extra bed charges apply for children under 11 years, subject to availability.

Breakfast Charges: Breakfast for children above 8 years is charged at 50% of the buffet price.

Children Above 12 Years: Considered adults and require a separate room.

Special Requests

Requests for specific bed types or smoking rooms are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Extra beds are available at ₹999 plus applicable taxes and service charges.

Guests are encouraged to communicate special requirements in advance for better accommodation.

No Smoking Policy

Sreshtam Hospitalities follows a strict non-smoking policy. Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms and indoor public areas, except in designated smoking zones. Violation of this policy may attract cleaning charges or penalties.

Guest Conduct & Responsibility

Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly at all times. Any damage to hotel property, furnishings, or facilities will be charged to the guest’s account. The hotel reserves the right to take appropriate action in case of misconduct.

Visitor Policy

All visitors must carry valid government-issued ID and must be accompanied by the registered guest or hotel staff.

Visitors are permitted only until 10:00 PM.

Overnight stays by visitors are subject to additional charges and hotel approval.
